Cascade Production Park

Ready for the next batch of makers

Cascade Production Park began as a Pacific Foods manufacturing and distribution center before the campus changed hands and its operations relocated. With two newly vacant buildings and plans to bring the full eight-building campus to market, Condor Cold Storage needed to reintroduce the property to a new generation of tenants.

I led the positioning and naming process, ultimately developing Cascade Production Park—a name that speaks to the campus’s location and purpose without limiting it to a single industry. The positioning builds on the property’s legacy of production while creating space for what comes next, from artisanal makers to large-scale producers.

I carried that strategy through messaging, copy and leasing collateral, and collaborated with the lead designer on an exterior paint scheme that brought the new identity across the campus. Bold color and oversized building numbers differentiate the property within its industrial surroundings while creating a clear, intuitive wayfinding system.

Role: Senior Strategist, Copywriter & Project Lead

  • Led positioning and naming strategy, developing the Cascade Production Park name

  • Developed brand messaging and wrote all campaign and leasing copy

  • Created content for a flexible broker toolkit and collateral system designed to scale across available buildings

  • Collaborated with the lead designer on an exterior paint and numbering system that extended the identity across the campus and supported wayfinding

To bring to market, we built the broker toolkit including a leasing brochure designed as a system that scales from single building to all vacancies and frames the campus for the next generation of tastemakers. The system reads the way the campus operates: clean, structured, and hardworking.

Ripe for Growth

The repositioning introduced Cascade Production Park back to the market, driving active leasing efforts, and laying the foundation for the full campus rollout in 2027.
